Lenskart has since funded a number of eyewear startups, including John Jacobs in 2015, Aqualens in 2019, Lenskart Plus in 2020, and the Lenskart Vision Fund the same year. Under Peyush’s leadership, Lenskart achieved remarkable success, becoming a unicorn in 2019 with a valuation of $1.5 billion, an impressive feat for a privately held startup.
